To Dee
First of all put down the Kool Aid and listen up. The question regarding wise people was stated : Who do you consider wise and would rely on in your presidency. He never mentioned Martin Luther King Jr.
Next as a women I feel it atrocious that a women would kill a human life especially when that life is in their womb. Even biologist agree that life begins at conception. Now you think that killing an innocent life is fair. That again is atrocious.
Also even the great legal minds agree that Thomas was more than qualified for his position, and has proven that qualification with his vote.

Ok now the fun part. Obama idea to raise taxes on capital gains will affect 2/3rds of all voters. I don’t think you understand what that even means. That is you and me pal. I have 401K and so do most voters. Do we really need to raise these taxes? It is a proven fact over the last 25 years that lower capital gains taxes create more revenue and not less. It is plain and simple you have more money to spend. And also he stated that it was not $250,000 but $150,000, maybe you watch the show again and see what you missed. We all know he plain out lied. He has no intention of cutting taxes in any way shape or form. It is just rhetoric.

And as for pissing off extremist….good, great, I am glad they are pissed. These extremist want to kill Americans like you and me. I find it very offensive that you mention God’s balance of good and evil after you mention Osama bin Laden and extremist. I am very troubled by your statement, what exactly are you trying to say?

Also I don’t think the good people of Saddleback would appreciate you calling them trained seals. Not very nice. Now you can go back to your Kool Aid!

You are highly mislead. I'll try to hit the high points. Persons found inspirational do not preclude inclusion into a Cabinet. I think Martini Luther King, Jr. is very wise, but since he's dead, your response is moot. I

have YET to hear some sects of Christians adequately explain how they have a right to tell OTHER women what to do with their bodies. Obama gave an honest response about his personal feelings on abortion, but that he wouldn't impose that on other people. Seems fair enough.

Obama was concerned that Thomas didn't have suitable experience in Constitutional law. Justices appointed for life have a responsibility to keep to that Letter. I suppose it would be "too activist" for some justices to rightly call what is in the federal domain of action and what isn't.

McCain can't give tax cuts to EVERYBODY and expect to pay for another couple of wars he wants to aggravate. Where is the money going to come from? Eliminating "pork" wouldn't come close, not that it would have much of an effect anyway. And you tell me what 2/3 of voters actually make over $250,000 a year? THOSE are the people that get a tax raise. So, if you're wallowing in money, be prepared to pay your proportional share.

And finally, good luck finding Osama bin Laden. The only thing we've done is piss off extremists who need HALF a reason to kill us.. Considering God has the hard pull of balancing good and evil in the world, I think people are as good as their stewardship allows.

I think that about covers it. I don't know how deep you have looked into McCain's contradictory voting outcomes or the lack of thought and development in his promises to the country, but I think it's worth looking at. It would help you have stronger support for your man. Otherwise, you're pulling a Saddleback and clapping like a trained seal.

<em>Dee's last blog post..<a href='http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/Brainsplitter/~3/366737285/amanda-kokoeva-12-year-old-girl-from.html' rel="nofollow">Blaming Russia</a></em>

I wish we could see more debates between Obama and McCain. This was a great opportunity to actually compare the two candidates on several levels. Although I think they both did good jobs in presenting their points of view, John McCain came across as the more seasoned, experienced, and decisive of the two candidates. When it comes to leadership and solving the numerous problems facing this country, John McCain stood head and shoulders above Obama.
